The brief
Atabey Perde sells sheers, drapes, zebra and roller blinds, and wooden and metal curtain rods, priced by the metre or square metre, and offers a sewing service. Because a curtain’s price depends on size, fabric and the extras chosen, customers want to see straight away what their window will cost. We built a public catalogue with an admin panel behind it. The customer picks a product, measures width and height with the help of a measuring guide and sees the total price instantly, then downloads the quote as a PDF, adds it to the cart or orders over WhatsApp. The business manages products, colour options, price tables and incoming quotes in the panel, and every product gets its QR code automatically.

Approach
Three decisions that shaped the project.
From measurements to price on one screen
The measuring guide, price calculator and extras share the product page. Zebra and roller blinds are priced by area, sheers and drapes by pleat fullness, and the result appears as soon as the size is entered.
Three ways to quote and order
Customers can accept the privacy notice and take their quote as a PDF, collect items in the cart and send an order form, or switch to WhatsApp with one tap. Every request reaches the shop with its measurements.
A platform the business runs
Products, categories, colour options, price tables and quotes live in a custom admin panel. The system runs on Django 6 and PostgreSQL, in Docker containers behind Gunicorn and Nginx.
