Approach

A shop’s job is keeping the customer through checkout. That’s why we set up storefront, payment, shipping and stock as one flow.

From the product catalogue to the payment gateway, from shipping integrations to marketplace sync, we build the whole flow. You focus on selling; we take care of the platform.

01 / What you get

A shop that is ready to sell

The customer’s path starts at the storefront and ends at the door. We build every stop in between as one connected line.

  1. A storefront built to convert

Fast product listings, clear product pages and a short checkout without distractions.

  2. Secure payments

Gateways such as iyzico and PayTR, 3D Secure, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

  3. Shipping integration

Create shipments with your carriers and send tracking numbers to customers automatically.

  4. Stock and order management

Variants, low-stock alerts, returns and order statuses in a single panel.

  5. Marketplace sync

Products, stock and orders for Trendyol, Hepsiburada and N11, kept in sync in one panel.

  6. Tracking and campaigns

GA4 e-commerce tracking, Meta Pixel, coupons and campaign rules.

02 / Process

Open for business in six steps

  1. Step 01

    Requirements

    2–3 days

We look at your product structure, payment and shipping preferences, and existing systems.

  2. Step 02

    Platform choice

    1–2 days

Together we choose the platform that fits your scale and budget: WooCommerce or a custom build.

  3. Step 03

    Design and set-up

    1–3 weeks

We design the storefront and set up the category structure and product templates.

  4. Step 04

    Payments, shipping and integrations

    1–2 weeks

We connect the payment gateway, carriers and, where needed, marketplaces and ERP, then test end to end.

  5. Step 05

    Testing and training

    3–5 days

We place test orders with real scenarios and show your team how to manage products and orders.

  6. Step 06

    Launch and support

    Throughout support

We take the shop live, watch the first weeks closely and stay with you for the support period.

04 / Quote

A quote shaped to your scope

A first online shop and a set-up wired into marketplaces and ERP are different jobs. We listen to your catalogue, payment and shipping needs, pin down the scope and send a written quote.

  1. 01Free intro call
  2. 02Scope and timeline
  3. 03Itemised written quote

What shapes the scope

  • Product count and variant structure
  • Payment and shipping integrations
  • Marketplace, ERP and accounting links
  • Number of languages and currencies

Nothing starts until you approve the quote, and if the scope changes, we talk first.

05 / FAQ

Questions, answered

Can’t see your question? Write to us — we reply within one business day.

How long does an online shop take?

Between 3 and 8 weeks, depending on scope and integrations. Bank-side approvals such as payment gateway applications can affect the timeline, so we start them at the very beginning.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Credit and debit cards through gateways such as iyzico, PayTR and Paratika, plus bank transfer and cash on delivery. The gateway contract is signed in your name, directly with the payment provider.

Can I add and manage products myself?

Yes. You manage products, stock, prices, campaigns and orders from the admin panel. Before launch we give your team hands-on training.

Do you integrate with marketplaces?

Yes. We set up product, stock and order sync for Trendyol, Hepsiburada and N11, so stock is updated in one place. We can set it up for launch or add it once the shop is up and running.

Are hosting, domain and fees included?

No. Hosting and the domain are billed separately, and payment provider and marketplace fees are between you and those companies. We help you pick the right hosting and handle the set-up.
