On a free intro call we talk through your goals, content and existing systems. The number of pages and languages, integrations and any custom development set the scope.
A written quote before any work
We put scope, timeline and cost into one itemised written quote that states clearly what is and isn’t included. Nothing starts without your sign-off.
If scope changes, we talk first
If a new requirement comes up mid-project, we share the extra time and cost in writing before we begin it.
