The brief
İzotex, based in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, supplies waterproofing membranes and tapes to the construction industry. Its products are used everywhere from window sub-frames to wet areas under ceramic tiles, so customers first ask which product does which job. The first version ran on a custom WordPress theme. For the new one we organised the range into four areas of application: window, facade, roof and under-tile, with product selection guides that help visitors find the right tape or membrane. We rebuilt the site in Next.js in Turkish and English, and all of its content comes from a management panel we wrote for İzotex. From there the team manages products, pages, blog posts, trade fairs and the media library, and sees contact form enquiries in the same place. Anything saved in the panel goes live on the site straight away.

Approach
Three decisions that shaped the project.
Architecture by application
Window, facade, roof and under-tile each have their own section. Visitors who do not know a product name start from the point of application and reach the right product; the catalogue and a quote request are one click away on every product page.
A panel shaped around the team
Editors for products, pages, blog, fairs, navigation and footer, text styles, an announcement pop-up, content revisions and an AI assistant. The team updates the site without waiting for a developer.
Built for search and speed
The panel includes SEO settings and an SEO health check. Images come from an S3 media library in predefined sizes, and saved content refreshes the relevant Next.js page instantly.
