The brief

Paradigma Emlak is a multi-tenant software platform for estate agencies. Every agency that joins gets its own public website, its own CRM and its own sales and lettings workflows. The live showcase agency lists homes for sale, long-term rent and holiday rent around Pescara on Italy’s Adriatic coast, with area guides for places such as Montesilvano, Spoltore, Francavilla al Mare, Silvi and Pineto. The public site runs in six languages, with Arabic laid out right to left. In the admin panel, the agency team manages listings, leads, request-to-listing matching, viewings, offers and counter-offers, closings and commission. A separate console lets the platform owner manage agencies, plans and feature flags.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

    Data isolation on two layers

    One agency’s data is never visible to another. The application layer adds the tenant ID to every query, and PostgreSQL row-level security enforces the same rule a second time in the database.

  2. 02

    Six languages, true right-to-left

    Turkish, English, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Russian each have their own URLs. In Arabic, the layout flips right to left, not just the text.

  3. 03

    One source in shared packages

    Shared monorepo packages hold the data schemas, the permission catalogue and a typed API client. The public site, the panel and a future mobile app all use the same definitions.
