The brief

Paradigma7 is an Ankara-based software studio building web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS and AI products for companies across Europe. The studio wanted its whole client relationship in one system: project requests, proposals, contracts, card payments, invoices and support. We built three applications. The seven-language corporate site and the customer portal share one app, the staff admin panel is a separate one, and both are fed by a single NestJS and Prisma API. In the portal, clients approve proposals, sign contracts, pay in EUR, USD, GBP or TRY and download invoices. A Specification Assistant on the site turns a client’s own description into a draft technical specification, and a ready-made products section delivers the latest release of each purchased product through the portal.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

    Three apps, one contract

The site, portal and panel hold no data of their own; everything comes from the API. The frontends generate their types from the API’s OpenAPI spec, so a changed field breaks the build, not production.

  2. 02

Business rules in code and tests

A completed payment does not issue an invoice by itself: it waits for staff approval, and approval is idempotent. The invoice rate is the Turkish central bank rate on the day of approval, and if it cannot be fetched, the process stops. Each rule is covered by tests.

  3. 03

    End-to-end tests across apps

A separate test repo drives all three apps together: a request comes in from the site, a proposal is accepted in the portal, a payment goes through, the invoice is approved in the panel. k6 load scripts and an OWASP ZAP scan run alongside.
