The brief
The Turkish Tourism Investors Association (TTYD) is a long-established civil society organisation representing private-sector investors and operators in Turkish tourism. Its website serves several audiences at once: members looking for current legislation and reports, the press following announcements, and public and industry stakeholders wanting to understand the association’s positions. We reorganised scattered content under six headings – Corporate, Legislation, Members, Knowledge Centre, Events and News. Alongside the site we built a separate admin panel where the team manages news, events, members, bulletins, documents and membership applications. For the TIF invitations we also wrote a tool that turns an Excel list into personalised PDF letters and sends them by bulk e-mail. Every change made in the panel goes live on the site immediately.

Approach
Three decisions that shaped the project.
Architecture by audience
Members, press and public stakeholders each find their content under a dedicated heading. Legislation, reports and statistics live in the Knowledge Centre, a few clicks from any document.
A panel the team runs itself
News and events are written in a TipTap-based editor with their images, saved as drafts and published when ready. The slider, pop-up notices, member logos and site settings are managed there too.
Fast and always current
Database queries are cached, and when content changes in the panel the affected pages are refreshed on demand. The site installs as a PWA, and Cloudflare Turnstile keeps bots away from its forms.
