The brief

Turex Filo provides operational vehicle leasing and fleet management to corporate clients for a fixed monthly fee. Maintenance, repairs, insurance, roadside assistance and replacement vehicles all sit inside a single leasing package. The site’s first job was to explain that scope simply to the decision-maker: we split the offer into operational, electric and commercial vehicle leasing, organised the fleet into categories from coaches to passenger cars, and gave campaigns and investor relations their own sections. Its second job was to make life easier for drivers once a lease is running. From the driver centre they submit maintenance, damage, tyre and inspection requests and book a vehicle return online. These requests, quote enquiries and contact messages land in the admin panel the team works in, where campaigns are managed too.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

Structured by leasing model and vehicle type

Operational, electric and commercial leasing each have their own page, and coaches, midibuses, minibuses, cars and VIP vehicles sit in their own categories. Visitors find the model and vehicle that fit, then ask for a quote.

  2. 02

    Self-service for drivers

Maintenance, damage, tyre and inspection requests go in through short forms, and a vehicle return is booked in four steps. Drivers submit requests whenever suits them, and the team receives complete information.

  3. 03

    A panel the team runs

Built with Refine and Ant Design, the panel lists every request, quote and contact message. Campaigns, campaign vehicles, SEO, e-mail and notification settings are managed there too, with data held in PostgreSQL through Prisma.
