The brief

Watermia sells reverse-osmosis water purifiers to homes and businesses in Istanbul, with free installation. Anyone buying one wants a few things settled quickly: which model suits their household, what the filters actually do, whether installation costs extra and when payment is due. The site had to answer those questions on the first screens and take a decided visitor to an order in a single tap. We gave the three home models and the HoReCa, FX and H business series their own pages. Each product page carries a spec table, an explanation of the five filter stages, water analysis values and FAQs. Orders and quote requests open a pre-written WhatsApp chat that goes straight to the sales team. Blog posts on Istanbul districts and water quality support visibility in local search.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

Separate routes for home and business

The menu splits visitors into “For Home” and “For Business” from the first click. Families see the 8- and 12-litre models for their kitchens; cafés, hotels and factories see business series grouped by capacity.

  2. 02

WhatsApp orders instead of a cart

With on-site installation and payment after fitting, an online checkout added nothing. Order and quote buttons on every page open a WhatsApp chat with a prepared message, and a phone call is always one tap away.

  3. 03

    Content shaped by local search

The blog covers districts such as Esenyurt, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü and Başakşehir alongside common searches like tap-water safety and filter changes. Every page is listed in the sitemap.
