The brief

Artgo is an architecture and construction firm that draws its own designs and delivers villas, façades and steel structures with its own crews. It needed a website that could show finished work alongside sites still under way. We designed it to feel like a sheet of drafting paper: fine guide lines, large photography and short, clear copy. Projects are grouped as completed, ongoing and planned; ongoing ones show a completion rate and a stage-by-stage site log. Each of the four services has its own page with scope, process steps and FAQs. The site is still in development: copy and images are placeholders for now and will be replaced as the firm supplies its own project photos and details. As it is not live yet, the screenshots come from a local build.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

A visual language from the drawing board

A warm paper tone, fine vertical lines aligned to the content grid and a single terracotta accent. Photography leads, and Inter Tight headings keep the pages calm.

  2. 02

Project pages that show the site

Projects can be filtered by status and service. Ongoing work carries a progress bar, a last-updated date and an illustrated stage timeline, so visitors see exactly where each job stands.

  3. 03

    Fast and easy to update

Next.js pre-renders the pages. Projects and services live in a single data file, so adding a project means adding one entry. Social sharing images are generated for every page.
