The brief
We first built Envanter Takip for Turex. The company needed one place to see who holds which asset, what is under maintenance and how much maintenance costs. Every asset is recorded with its serial number and photos. When equipment is assigned to a member of staff, the system produces a signed handover document, and returns are recorded the same way. Maintenance and service records are kept together with their costs, and stock counts are run inside the system. Reports export to Excel and PDF, and other systems can connect through a REST API. To show the product to other companies, we set up a public demo: a fictional company with 220 assets and 45 staff, one-click logins for four roles and an eight-step guided tour.

Three decisions that shaped the project.
Every assignment ends in a document
When an asset is handed to someone, the system generates the handover document and collects a signature; returns close the same way. “Who had this device?” always has an answer on record.
Security fit for corporate sign-in
Two-factor authentication is supported, and companies can connect Active Directory/LDAP single sign-on. Roles define who can see and change what.
A demo that actually works
The demo is the full product. Assigning equipment, logging maintenance and generating PDFs all work; only actions such as deleting users, restoring backups and sending email are switched off. Data resets itself every hour.
