The brief

Twin Turizm is a vehicle services company based in Esenyurt, Istanbul, with a branch in İzmir. It maintains and repairs heavy vehicles and construction machinery, and offers roadside assistance, spare parts supply, on-site refuelling, vehicle rental and staff shuttle services. The company wanted one website that explains all of this, readable by partners abroad, with content its own team can manage. We are building a corporate site in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic, together with the admin panel that feeds it. From the panel, the team updates the hero area, service and fleet images, branches, job openings, translations and per-page SEO data, and tracks quote and contact requests by status. The project is still in development; the screenshots come from a local build with sample data.

Screens

Fresh screenshots from the live site: the full page, inner pages and how it looks on a phone.

Approach

Three decisions that shaped the project.

  1. 01

Text lives in the database, not the code

Every piece of text on the site is tied to a translation key, with all five languages stored in the database. The team edits a sentence in the panel, and because translations are read from a one-hour file cache, pages do not hit the database on every request.

  2. 02

Each language gets its own URLs

Pages are published at language-specific addresses, such as /hizmetler in Turkish and /en/services in English. A small router keeps that mapping, and hreflang tags tell search engines which page belongs to which language.

  3. 03

Roles in the panel, safeguards on forms

Panel users have one of four permission levels, and logins and changes are logged. Forms carry CSRF tokens and rate limiting, queries use prepared statements, and security headers go out with every page.
